In two separate instances over the span of as many days, Miley Cyrus was giving the paparazzi some great upskirt shots while she traveled London. I get the feeling that this is all done intentionally, it seems that there isn't enough eyes on Miley these days. Regardless, the parazzi love it, and even though Miley is far from a top 10 with me, I kind of like it too ... One things for sure, the girl has some incredible legs.
